How long does production take

• Made to Order: 3-4 business days
• Custom Printed: 3-4 business days depending on design and quantity
• Blank Products: 3-4 business days
• Drop Shipping Orders: 14 business days

Is there a minimum order
Minimum order quantities vary by product and decoration method. Please review the Minimum Order Quantity listed under the Description tab for each item.

Do you accept returns or exchanges
Custom printed and decorated products are final sale. Please review and approve your mockup carefully prior to production. For additional details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

How does shipping work
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout once production is complete. Delivery times vary by carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
