How do I place an order?

We offer two types of products:

  • Blank Products: Ship as-is, no printing or decoration.
  • Custom Printed Products: Made after you submit and approve your artwork.

How do I place a custom printed order?

  1. Select Custom Printed Product on the product page.
  2. Choose your size, color, quantity, and decoration details.
  3. Complete checkout.
  4. Submit your artwork through our Contact Form with your order details.
  5. Approve the digital mockup we send before production starts.

How do I submit my design?

Submit your design via our Contact Form. Include:

  • Order Number
  • Name and Email
  • Phone Number (optional)
  • Artwork file
  • Design details (text, colors, placement, special instructions)

Will I receive a mockup before printing?

Yes. We send a digital mockup within 24 hours. Production starts only after you approve it.

What happens if I don’t approve the mockup?

Orders without approved mockups will not be produced.

What artwork file types do you accept?

  • Recommended: Vector files (SVG, EPS, PDF, AI – fonts must be outlined)
  • PNG files are accepted
  • Other files (Word, CorelDraw, ZIP) are not accepted and may cause delays

Can my artwork be adjusted?

We may resize artwork to fit the imprint area. Some adjustments may incur an Art Handling Fee. Proofs are sent for approval before production.

How long does production take?

  • Made-to-Order: 3–4 business days
  • Custom Printed: 3–4 business days (depends on design and quantity)
  • Blank Products: 3–4 business days
  • Drop Shipping Orders: 7–14 business days

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums vary by product and decoration. Check the Minimum Order Quantity under the Description tab.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Custom printed and decorated products are final sale. Please check your mockup carefully before approval. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

How does shipping work?

Orders ship using the method chosen at checkout after production is complete. Shipping times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses.
